Barbara Safani, owner of Career Solvers, is personally involved in all career
transition projects. She has over ten years of experience in career management,
recruiting, and executive coaching. She has consulted extensively for leading
financial services, healthcare, publishing, and retail organizations and she
has managed hundreds of transition programs from the point of termination
to the point of job offer. Ms. Safani holds a Masters degree in Organizational
Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the
State University of New York at Albany. She is a credentialed resume writer,
certified by the Professional Association of Resume Writers, the National Resume
Writers' Association, Career Directors International, and Career Management
Alliance.

- What are my meeting options?
Career Solvers offers flexible appointment times including some evenings and weekends.
Clients have the option to meet with their consultant in person or conduct their meeting
over the phone.
- When do I receive my resume?
You will receive your resume draft within 7-10 business days of your initial consultation.
- How much does it cost?
The price for your resume will be based on the complexity of the project
and your years of experience. We offer a free, no obligation resume
assessment which includes a price quote by e-mail. Prices
typically range from $500 for entry level
candidates to $1,200 and up for senior level executives.

- How do I pay for my resume?
You can pay directly online using a MasterCard or Visa.
We also accept money orders and checks. We request payment before the beginning
of the project.
- How is confidentiality
protected?
We do not discuss your information with anyone, sell information
to outside vendors, or discuss your qualifications with recruiters
or employers. If we know of a position that is consistent with
your background we will contact you at your discretion.
