Now you better google yourself and see what pops up because that&#039;s what the hiring manager is doing.  
 
Since last year I&#039;ve pretty much done all my hiring online using inked In  or Dayak.  Both great tools to streamline the grueling process of resume and reference review. At dayak the recruiters screen and then during the interview process I perform the background check.

And never count yourself out of the game, if you know you made the final cut -- keep in touch, using the networks these days it&#039;s easy enough and almost expected.</description>
