One VP Sales of my acquaintance tells of accepting a new job and inheriting a stack of resumes.  Half were coincidentally from her former employees from her previous company.  Every single one lied on their resume...She not only didn&#039;t hire any of them, but as a former employer/reference, she was obligated to mention the misinformation to prospective employers...Ethically.  One never knows
