I visited a friends search agency yesterday and the tension on the faces of both candidates and recruiters was loud and clear. I would like to think that in this economy the very best recruiters would take extra time to establish relationships rather than to skim, scan and move on. If I were the candidate, I know I would remember those who were &quot;nice&quot; to me during tough times...</description>
