And in a lot of the examples Gladwell highlights, the people doing the work loved doing what they were doing so it didn't really feel like work at all. Do what you love...sounds like a great career management strategy to me!

I was fascinated by this book as well and did a review of it on my site. It really shifted my focus about what brings about success. I also think that the corollary of doing the work is that if you do, opportunities will present themselves. So you aren't necessarily offered opportunities just because you are around, you get the opportunities because you are doing the work.

Nice review.
