Barak,

I checked out a few of the postings on the Find a Job Already site. Based on what I viewed, many of the descriptions are useless. In the responsibilities section one listing for an accountant basically said "We don't know what the responsibilities are yet; we are looking to grow." How can you not know the duties you need your accountant to perform? How can you expect to receive targeted applicants with such a nebulous listing? Another accountant listing simply said they need someone with experience in SOX and that was it. I know you don't control the content of the job specs, but this is pathetic. And since when does free necessarily translate to good or valuable?

Isn't it still worth posting a job if it's free?
