I just finished reading a post about interview follow up from Prolyn Executive Search. These are great suggestions and I just have one more to add. Always let the hiring authority know that you are very interested in their open position and you are confident that you are a good fit and someone who can add value quickly. Reiterating this at the end of the interview helps deepen the relationship that you have strived to build during the interview process. Enthusiasm is important…Don’t assume that the hiring manager knows you want the job. Be sure to tell him!
