The TMI (Too Much Information) Resume

Lately I’ve been seeing resumes that are way too long…three, four, or even five pages. In today’s fast paced world where we are bombarded with information constantly and many of us are  reading documents on smartphones, a long resume will rarely hold a reader’s attention. I generally advocate for a resume that is one to two pages, but no more.
