I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been nominated for six TORI (Toast of the Resume Industry) awards!

The TORIs are the Pulitzer Prize of resume writing, recognizing excellence across a range of industries and professional functions. I’m proud of these nominations, but this competition matters because it strengthens the work I do for my clients.

Each year, the TORIs challenge me to stretch creatively, sharpen my skills, and question familiar approaches. The process pushes me to think differently about how to present accomplishments, connect career experiences, and communicate an executive’s value. Those fresh perspectives carry directly into my client work.

For executives choosing a resume writer, TORI nominations show the writer’s ability to use different strategies to position a career effectively. Every client brings a distinct combination of experience, achievements, and aspirations. Translating that background into a compelling story requires thoughtful decisions about what to emphasize and how to connect past success with future opportunities.

In an executive job market shaped by disruption and rapid change, communicating agility and transferable skills is essential. Whether my clients are navigating a major transition or pursuing the next step in an established career path, my goal is the same: to help them tell their stories with clarity, credibility, and confidence.

Thank you to the judges who volunteer their time and expertise to evaluate the entries and uphold high standards for our profession. And thank you to my clients for trusting me to help communicate the value of their work and the possibilities ahead.
